Farming conditions in Pakistan can be harsh as farmers are given wages that do not suffice for a healthy lifestyle. Throughout the years, Taj Food (Pvt) Ltd. has assisted its farmers with financial and educational assistance. The goal is to help the farmers with better wages as well as better farming education including sustainability and environmental protection. The better educated, the more understanding of food safety the farmers can have, while also living a better lifestyle.
Below listed are projects currently being worked on directly with farmers:
- Helping farmers by leveling the land for cultivation. Farmers are paying 50% of the charges as per the charges paying other farmers.
- Is providing farmers DSR machines for the cultivation of paddy free of cost.
- Guidance for the better agriculture practices for better yield with low cost.
- Converting farmers to dry cultivation by investing money itself to face the water issue in near future.
